Avitage Portal complements the Avitage Multimedia Management Application, working together to:

• Simplify access to up-to-date content, intuitively organized and ready for delivery
• Address communication delivery requirements in compelling ways
• Extend and enhance their respective strengths

Avitage Portal integrates with the Avitage Multimedia Management Application in important and powerful ways; documents, URLs and other assets managed in Avitage Portal can be linked to relevant slides or other communication assets in the Avitage platform as “related documents.” This makes content automatically available to users as they select slides and build customer-relevant communication programs.

Similarly, PowerPoint® shows and other media programs managed in the Avitage platform can be seamlessly integrated into the Avitage Portal using URL links. This provides a single repository for access to finished documents and programs (Avitage Portal). It allows slides, synchronized audio and Flash® elements to be easily updated, reorganized and removed in the Avitage platform.
