Operations Manager
Avitage is seeking an experienced multimedia operations manager to ensure the quality delivery of services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently and meet defined quality-control standards for both the service experience and the media deliverables.

Working collaboratively with members of the team, you will work to continuously improve processes for service delivery, research new tools and methods for generating media deliverables and assist with defining new products and services.

Customer Communication Project Manager
Avitage is seeking a project manager to oversee both our internal and client multimedia communications projects. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with project stakeholders and ensuring that projects are completed, starting with establishing requirements through actual delivery. Proactive leadership, collaboration and communications are required for establishing the trust of both the customer and team members to effectively execute against multiple ongoing project plans.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of our professional services utilizing a defined process as established with each customer engagement. You will be required to develop a keen understanding of our proprietary communications technologies and our unique methods of support.
