Careers: Operations Manager
Avitage is seeking an experienced multimedia operations manager to ensure the quality delivery of services to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently and meet defined quality-control standards for both the service experience and the media deliverables.
Working collaboratively with members of the team, you will work to continuously improve processes for service delivery, research new tools and methods for generating media deliverables and assist with defining new products and services.
Knowledge and Skills
- Oversee production schedule and ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor costs through time reporting and oversight
- Develop standards and metrics for various product deliverables
- Develop cost and time estimates in support of sales
- Supervise and motivate cross-functional team
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Communications, Business
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience
Salary: commensurate with experience
