“Consistent with our recently announced Avitage iNgage service, we will be speaking about the content challenges associated with realizing the full promise of marketing automation,” commented Jim Burns, CEO of Avitage. “It’s through content that buyers, today, start their interactions with vendors. Automation improves the ability for vendors to discover buyers, be discovered and develop a ‘nurturing’ relationship throughout the buying process. But, relevant content is the key to optimizing the full potential. That's where we can help.”
In a webcast titled: “Resolving the Content Rubik's Cube: How to Build and Deliver Content that Fulfills the Promise of Marketing Automation,” Avitage will introduce their “publishing approach” that facilitates the creation of highly modular, rich-media content that is tailored for relevant communications to each buyer role, industry, specific interest and stage of the buying process.
At their virtual booth, Avitage will demonstrate one outcome of that process with the unveiling of the iNgage Presenter, a communication console that delivers live expert video and audio, supported with rich-media visual-conversation support that is assembled on the fly for immediate display in the console.
“Using iNgage Presenter, experts are able to instantly assemble relevant, rich-media communications for each circumstance they encounter. In the case of a virtual event, this helps to move the experience closer to the live-event experience compared to interacting with just chat,” Mr. Burns explained. “We're seeing booth conversations lasting 10 to 15 minutes when done this way. Essentially, we're conducting mini-presentations right at the booth. Participants either text chat with our experts or, if they have a microphone, can talk directly with them, as well.”
This day-long virtual event will address the business and operational challenges associated with:
- Lead generation and nurturing
- Implementing marketing automation
- Creating and delivering buyer-relevant content
- Leveraging automation to improve support for sales
