Usage by individuals that access the site or services licensed to an Avitage customer for authoring, viewing or administration of online content is individually tracked by the customer using the administration and security features of the Avitage application. Registered users are required to enter a username and password, or other individual information through a registration form or “guest book.” Individual information is made available only to the customer. Avitage is not responsible for the practices or content of its customers. Avitage uses customer-usage information in aggregate form for billing purposes and to quantify site traffic. Avitage may send service- and support-related information to individual users. Avitage respects your time and privacy and limits the frequency of these communications. Users may opt out of these notifications at any time.

Co-Sponsored Programs
Avitage may occasionally conduct joint marketing programs, such as online seminars that are co-sponsored by third parties.
