PowerPoint- and Audio-Conversion System
PowerPoint® is at the heart of visual message creation today. Audio brings messages to life with compelling explanations. The Avitage PowerPoint-conversion system provides a low-cost method to instantly convert your PowerPoint into a multitude of powerful multimedia assets, which are stored, managed and accessed through the Avitage platform. Your PowerPoint files and audio are separated into individual slides, then processed into Flash®, MP3, WMV and JPG files and stored as individual multimedia modules immediately available for use to deliver dynamic, custom-assembled presentations.
Library and Asset Manager
Your ability to manage and deploy multimedia content is facilitated with the powerful features offered within the Avitage platform.
Administrators can build content taxonomies, create collections, assign ownership and permissions, attach metadata and administer user profiles. Owners and authors can increase the value of their content by deploying related documents and audio notes, creating relationships between assets, suggested presentation scenarios and facilitating user feedback.
Content feedback is facilitated through the advanced reporting features that allow you to monitor the use of each individual asset and how it was used. As with any powerful content-management application, the Avitage platform provides the means to manage a defined process specifically for your organization.
Access and Delivery System
With a simple-to-use, intuitive interface, corporate communicators are able to instantly access the library of multimedia modules to assemble personalized, relevant multimedia communications when they need them.
Accessing the library is easy, users can navigate the entire library or, through links published through the platform, be brought into specific collections of content from anywhere on your intranet or portal. In addition, these collection URLs are assets themselves with assigned metadata that allows them to be searchable within your defined organizational search application.
Once inside, communicators can assemble new programs by simply selecting those modules they wish to use and compiling them into the target delivery media of their choice, including PowerPoint, Flash, MP3, podcasts and more!
